Microsoft is planning to introduce a new set of tools that will allow users to receive all the latest and greatest news from their Education accounts.
According to a Microsoft blog post, Microsoft Education subscribers will be able to receive the following news items from their account:Today’s top stories and most popular topics will be delivered to their Education account directly from Microsoft.
This will allow them to read the news at their leisure, or catch up on all the best news in the world on their favourite platform.
The new tools are being introduced to enable users to discover the most important news stories and features from across Microsoft’s ecosystem, as well as share the best content across the Microsoft family of apps.
In addition to this, Microsoft is also launching a new Education News app, which will be available for Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise users, with the new tools set to be available on July 18, 2017.
Microsoft is yet to confirm the new news features will be launched in all Education accounts, but it has previously said it is testing a new feature in the Windows Store for users who don’t have a Microsoft Education subscription.
Microsoft has also hinted at the availability of a new Windows 10 app that will be announced later in the year.
Microsoft has also recently launched a new website that will serve as a portal for Microsoft Education, providing the latest updates on new products and services from the company.
